Founded in 2007 by Swedish and Chinese supply chain specialists, CSC Partners was built to help international companies succeed in Asia’s complex manufacturing landscape. Since then, we have supported more than 100 clients, from fast-growing companies to global brands with sourcing, supplier management, and production support across 10+ Asian markets.

Jacky Han

Partner & Managing Director

Jacky Han is our Managing Director with more than 15 years’ experience in production and quality management. Jacky’s specializes in complex auditing and comprehensive quality systems and has guided numerous clients through tricky production issues. He is a BSI certified quality manager, and has extensive experience in ESG, CSR, ISO-standards and practical supply chain optimization.

Ivan Yi

Quality Manager

Ivan Yi is a highly skilled Quality Engineer with over 20 years of quality- and product development experience. Ivan has previously worked for Saint Gobain in China, responsible for Quality Assurance and Supplier Management. Ivan is based in Chengdu and travels regularly across China, executing CSC Partners’s quality assurance operations.

Lily Yang

Procurement Manager

Lily Yang is a highly skilled Procurement Manager with over 20 years of Procurement & Supplier Risk Management experience. Lily has previously worked for Shanghai United Hospital and FE Shanghai in China, responsible for Project- and Supplier Management. Lily is based in Shanghai and manages our client’s vast supplier network across China, executing CSC Partners procurement operations.

Björn Wahlström

Partner & Director

Björn Wahlström is the CEO of the group and handles complex supply chain related issues for CSC Partners. He’s a seasoned manufacturing and risk management expert with over 20 years’ experience in China. Björn has led audits in many countries, he’s successfully led hostile negotiations, solved complex manufacturing issues. Björn is a certified external SAI auditor, with extensive on-the-ground experience in corporate security and manufacturing in China.

Anders Bäckström

Partner & Chairman

Anders Bäckström is a senior Management Consultant with over 15 years of Business Transformation- and Organizational Development experience in Asia and Europe. Anders is the Founder of the firm and specializes in Business Transformation- and Organizational Development during short- or long interim assignments, helping businesses define, implement and monitor strategies for change and growth. He has successfully guided numerous international organizations, both large and small, across Asia and Europe and has lived and worked for longer periods in China, UK, Spain, Switzerland and Scandinavia.
